Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Timber Creek Regional Chargers (Erial, NJ) and the host Triton Mustangs (Runnemede, NJ), observed Timber Creek Regional's volleyball team top Triton by a tally of 2-0.

The Chargers (10-4) will now prepare for their contest against Gloucester Catholic (Gloucester City, NJ). The Rams enter the non-league contest with a 2-8 record. In their last contest, Gloucester Catholic was beaten by Salem County Vo-Tech (Woodstown, NJ), 2-1, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Mustangs meet the Williamstown Braves (Williamstown, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, October 12. Triton will attempt to upgrade on its 7-8 season record. The Braves enter the contest with a 17-0 record after their 2-0 league win over Gloucester County Tech (Sewell, NJ).
