The Appoquinimink Jaguars got by the host Caravel Academy Buccaneers football team by a score of 17-14 in Friday's league challenge.
Next, the Jaguars meet the Salesianum Sallies (Wilmington, DE) in a 3A District 1 test, on Friday, October 17. Appoquinimink will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record. The Sallies come into the test with a 4-2 record after their 47-0 league win over Hodgson Vo-Tech (Newark, DE).
