    October 10, 2025: Greensburg, PA 15601

    The Seneca Valley Raiders football squad scored 47 points and limited the host Hempfield Area Spartans to 8 in the Raiders league triumph on Friday.

    The Raiders now sport a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Central Catholic for a WPIAL AAAAAA Quad-County game on Friday, October 17. Seneca Valley will face a Vikings team coming off a 35-6 league win over Norwin (North Huntingdon, PA). The Vikings record now stands at 7-1.

    The Spartans (4-4) will now prepare for their game against Mt. Lebanon (Pittsburgh, PA). The Blue Devils enter the WPIAL AAAAAA Quad-County game with a 1-7 record. In their last outing, Mt. Lebanon was overwhelmed by Penn Hills (Pittsburgh, PA), 19-14, in a non-league outing.
