The Bristol Panthers smashed the host Maplewood Rockets soccer squad by a margin of 6-1 in Friday's league bout.
The Panthers now hold a 16-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Crestview for a non-league bout on Wednesday, October 15. Bristol will encounter a Rebels squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Columbiana (Columbiana, OH). The Rebels record now stands at 3-11.
With the loss, Maplewood moves to 2-5 on the year. The Rockets host Badger (Kinsman, OH) to encounter the Braves in a Northeastern bout on Saturday, October 11. The Braves go into the bout with a record of 10-6. Badger won 6-1 in their recent non-league contest against Newton Falls (Newton Falls, OH)
