In Friday's non-league outing, the host Dexter Tigers soccer squad scored a tight 4-0 win over the Penquis Valley Patriots.
The Tigers (10-2) will now prepare for their outing against Penobscot Christian (Bangor, ME). The enter the non-league outing with a 6-5 record. In their last outing, Penobscot Christian edged George Stevens Academy (Blue Hill, ME), 4-1, in a non-league test.
The Patriots now sport a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wisdom for a non-league test on Monday, October 13. Penquis Valley will clash with a Pioneers team coming off a 4-3 league loss to Bangor Christian (Bangor, ME). The Pioneers record now stands at 8-2.
