Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Rio Rancho Rams (Rio Rancho, NM) and the visiting Farmington Scorpions (Farmington, NM), saw Rio Rancho's soccer squad knock off Farmington by a count of 4-1.
The Rams (10-1) will now prepare for their battle against Volcano Vista (Albuquerque, NM). The Hawks come into the non-league match with a 6-3 record. In their last match, Volcano Vista nipped Cleveland (Rio Rancho, NM), 6-2, in a non-league match.
The Scorpions now sport a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bloomfield for a non-league match on Tuesday, October 14.
