In Friday's league match, the Churchill County Greenwave (Fallon, NV) volleyball squad tipped the host Fernley Vaqueros (Fernley, NV), by a margin of 2-1.
The Greenwave now possess a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Elko for a bout on Saturday, October 11.
With the loss, Fernley drops to 3-7 on the campaign. The Vaqueros travel to Lowry (Winnemucca, NV) to battle the Buckaroos in a match on Saturday, October 11. The Buckaroos go into the battle with a record of 4-8.
