Benson Bobcats (Benson, AZ) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they observed their soccer squad nudge the host The Gregory School Hawks (Tucson, AZ), 3-2 in a league outing.

The Bobcats (5-7) will now prepare for their outing against Lourdes Catholic (Nogales, AZ). The Warriors go into the non-league outing with a 0-4 record. In their last outing, Lourdes Catholic was edged by St. Augustine Catholic (Tucson, AZ), 2-1, in a non-league test.

The Hawks now have a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they host St. Augustine Catholic for a AIA Fall - South test on Thursday, October 23.
