Texas High School Volleyball - Arlington over Sam Houston

In Friday's league challenge, the visiting Arlington Colts volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Sam Houston Texans.

The Colts (16-20) will now prepare for their test against Bowie (Arlington, TX). The Volunteers go into the 6A Region I District 8 test with a 11-13 record. In their last test, Bowie was defeated by Martin (Arlington, TX), 3-0, in a league test.

The Texans now own a 5-23 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lamar for a 6A Region I District 8 test on Tuesday, October 14. Sam Houston will face a Vikings squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to South Grand Prairie (Grand Prairie, TX). The Vikings record now stands at 18-18.
