The Ellison Eagles were victorious over the host Waco Lions volleyball team by a margin of 3-0 in Friday's league outing.
The Eagles now possess a 6-29 record. They play next when they host Lake Belton for a 5A Region II District 16 outing on Tuesday, October 14. Ellison will play a Broncos team coming off a 3-1 league win over Belton (Belton, TX). The Broncos record now stands at 24-12.
With the loss, Waco drops to 3-20 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Chaparral (Killeen, TX) to play the Bobcats in a 5A Region II District 16 outing on Tuesday, October 14. The Bobcats enter the game with a record of 12-23.
