Texas High School Volleyball - Hillsboro edged by Kennedale

Kennedale Wildcats (Kennedale, TX) boosters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Hillsboro Eagles (Hillsboro, TX), 3-2 in a league test.

With the win, Kennedale improves its record to 14-16 on the season. The Wildcats host Godley (Godley, TX) to face the Wildcats in a 4A Region II District 12 test on Tuesday, October 14. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 16-14. Godley won 3-0 in their recent league test against Alvarado (Alvarado, TX)

The Eagles now own a 23-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ferris for a 4A Region II District 12 test on Friday, October 17. Hillsboro will face a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Life Waxahachie (Waxahachie, TX). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 9-13.
