Hudson Hawks (Hudson, MA) backers were pleased Friday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Leominster Blue Devils (Leominster, MA), 3-1 in a league challenge.

The Hawks (6-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Bay Path RVT (Charlton, MA). The Minutemen come into the non-league challenge with a 6-7 record. In their last challenge, Bay Path RVT beat St. Paul (Worcester, MA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next up, the Blue Devils face the Marlborough Panthers (Marlborough, MA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, October 14. Leominster will attempt to advance on its 4-11 season record. The Panthers go into the game with a 3-10 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Blackstone Valley RVT (Upton, MA).
