In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Lakota Tech Tatanka volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the St. Francis Indian Warriors.
The Tatanka (21-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Cheyenne-Eagle Butte (Eagle Butte, SD). The Braves come into the non-league challenge with a 9-11 record. In their last test, Cheyenne-Eagle Butte gained a win over Takini (Howes, SD), 2-0, in a non-league test.
The Warriors now sport a 6-18 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Takini for a non-league test on Saturday, October 11. St. Francis Indian will face a Skyhawks squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Cheyenne-Eagle Butte (Eagle Butte, SD). The Skyhawks record now stands at 4-10.
