The Scituate Sailors volleyball squad (Scituate, MA), was edged 3-2 in Friday's league battle with the host Quincy Presidents (Quincy, MA)

With the win, Quincy improves its record to 9-6 on the season. The Presidents host Hanover (Hanover, MA) to encounter the Hawks in a Patriot contest on Wednesday, October 15. The Hawks enter the contest with a record of 13-2. Hanover won 3-1 in their recent non-league contest against Cohasset (Cohasset, MA)

Next, the Sailors battle the Pembroke Titans (Pembroke, MA) in a Patriot contest, on Wednesday, October 15. Scituate will attempt to move on its 4-11 season record. The Titans enter the contest with a 12-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Plymouth South (Plymouth, MA).
