Trinity Bulldogs (Trinity, NC) fans were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Southwestern Randolph Cougars (Asheboro, NC), 6-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Bulldogs confront the Uwharrie Charter Eagles (Asheboro, NC) in a Piedmont Athletic 1A/2A challenge, on Wednesday, October 13. Trinity will attempt to better on its 8-5 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 7-2 record after their 9-0 league win over Providence Grove (Franklinville, NC).
The Cougars now have a 4-9 record. They take the field next when they host Randleman for a Piedmont Athletic 1A/2A challenge on Wednesday, October 13. Southwestern Randolph will confront a Tigers team coming off a 4-0 league loss to Wheatmore (Trinity, NC). The Tigers record now stands at 2-10.
