The Nokomis Warriors held off the host Belfast Lions soccer squad by a margin of 2-1 in Tuesday's league match.
The Warriors now sport a 6-6 record. They play next when they host Lawrence for a Class B - North match on Tuesday, October 18. Nokomis will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 6-0 league loss to Waterville (Waterville, ME). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-10.
