The East Wilkes Cardinals volleyball team (Ronda, NC), was dropped 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the host Wilkes Central Eagles (Wilkesboro, NC)

The Eagles (14-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Forbush (East Bend, NC). The Falcons enter the challenge with a 10-8 record. In their last challenge, Forbush was dropped by North Wilkes (Hays, NC), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Cardinals meet the Starmount Rams (Boonville, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 13. East Wilkes will attempt to move on its 14-4 season record. The Rams enter the challenge with a 9-7 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Randleman (Randleman, NC).
