The Moriarty Pintos volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Espanola Valley Sundevils to 1 in the Pintos non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Pintos now possess a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Los Alamos for a non-league game on Thursday, October 13.
The Sundevils (2-7) will now prepare for their game against Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM). The Elks/Elkettes enter the non-league game with a 3-0 record. In their last game, Pojoaque Valley nipped Moriarty (Moriarty, NM), 2-0, in a non-league game.
