New Mexico High School Volleyball - Piedra Vista nudged by West Mesa

The West Mesa Mustangs volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Piedra Vista Panthers to 1 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Mustangs now have a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eldorado for a non-league game on Friday, October 14. West Mesa will meet a Golden Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Farmington (Farmington, NM). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 7-5.
The Panthers (4-8) will now prepare for their game against Sandia (Albuquerque, NM). The Matadors enter the non-league game with a 7-5 record. In their last game, Sandia was nudged by La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM), 2-0, in a non-league game.
