The Dixon Bulldogs soccer team scored 2 points and limited the host Richlands Wildcats to 1 in the Bulldogs league victory on Tuesday.

Next, the Bulldogs face the Croatan Cougars (Newport, NC) in a Coastal 3A contest, on Wednesday, October 12. Dixon will attempt to better on its 8-4 season record. The Cougars enter the contest with a 7-4 record after their 4-0 league win over West Carteret (Morehead City, NC).

The Wildcats now have a 2-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to White Oak for a Coastal 3A contest on Thursday, October 13. Richlands will face a Vikings team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Swansboro (Swansboro, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 9-6.
