The Quaker Valley Quakers (Leetsdale, PA) soccer bounced the host Hopewell Vikings (Aliquippa, PA), 5-0 in Tuesday's league bout.
With the win, Quaker Valley moves its record to 13-3 on the campaign. The Quakers host Lincoln (Ellwood City, PA) to battle the Wolverine in a WPIAL AA 4 bout on Thursday, October 13. The Wolverine go into the match with a record of 0-5. Lincoln lost 16-0 in their recent league match against Beaver (Beaver, PA)
With the loss, Hopewell drops to 5-6 on the season. The Vikings travel to Mohawk Area (Bessemer, PA) to encounter the Warriors in a WPIAL AA 4 match on Thursday, October 13. The Warriors come into the match with a record of 1-8.
