The Southeast Whitfield County Raiders softball team (Dalton, GA), was routed 15-2 in Tuesday's league test with the visiting Central Lions (Carrollton, GA)

Coming up next, the Lions clash with the Cedartown Bulldogs (Cedartown, GA) in a 4A Region 7 test, on Thursday, October 13. Central will attempt to improve on its 21-5 season record. The Bulldogs come into the test with a 5-20 record after their 5-0 league loss to Heritage (Ringgold, GA).

The Raiders (2-19) will now prepare for their test against Sonoraville (Calhoun, GA). The Phoenix come into the 4A Region 7 test with a 11-12 record. In their last test, Sonoraville was routed by Northwest Whitfield (Tunnel Hill, GA), 7-1, in a league bout.
