Tiftarea Academy Panthers (Chula, GA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Southland Academy Raiders (Americus, GA), 9-1 in a league challenge.

The Panthers now own a 14-5 record.

With the loss, Southland Academy falls to 6-12 on the campaign. The Raiders host Windsor Academy (Macon, GA) to clash with the Knights in a non-league game on Wednesday, October 12. The Knights come into the game with a record of 7-7. Windsor Academy lost 12-4 in their recent league game against Trinity Christian (Dublin, GA)
