Nebraska High School Volleyball - Amherst over Sumner-Eddyville-Miller

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Amherst Broncos (Amherst, NE) volleyball squad were winner over the host Sumner-Eddyville-Miller Mustangs (Sumner, NE), by a margin of 3-1.

Next up, the Broncos face the Overton Eagles (Overton, NE) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, October 13. Amherst will attempt to better on its 23-4 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 25-3 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Axtell (Axtell, NE).

With the loss, Sumner-Eddyville-Miller moves to 19-5 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Pleasanton (Pleasanton, NE) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league contest on Monday, October 17. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a record of 14-10. Pleasanton won 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Loomis (Loomis, NE)
