Illinois High School Volleyball - Riverton tips Auburn

The Riverton Hawks (Riverton, IL) volleyball tipped the visiting Auburn Trojans (Auburn, IL), 2-1 in Tuesday's league outing.

With the win, Riverton upgrades its record to 8-22 on the year. The Hawks travel to Pleasant Plains (Pleasant Plains, IL) to face the Cardinals in a Sangamo outing on Thursday, October 13. The Cardinals go into the outing with a record of 24-3. Pleasant Plains won 2-0 in their recent league outing against New Berlin (New Berlin, IL)

The Trojans now own a 15-17 record. They play next when they host Athens for a Tomahawk outing on Thursday, October 13. Auburn will face a Warriors squad coming off a 2-1 league win over Illini Bluffs (Glasford, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 21-10.
