The Bucksport Golden Bucks volleyball team (Bucksport, ME), went down 3-1 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Jonesport-Beals Royals (Jonesport, ME)

The Royals (6-6) will now prepare for their challenge against North Yarmouth Academy (Yarmouth, ME). The Panthers come into the Class C challenge with a 3-9 record.

Next, the Golden Bucks encounter the Machias Bulldogs (Machias, ME) in a Class C challenge, on Thursday, October 13. Bucksport will attempt to move on its 2-10 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 8-4 record after their 3-0 league win over George Stevens Academy (Blue Hill, ME).
