The Del Oro Golden Eagles volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Oak Ridge Trojans to 1 in the Golden Eagles league victory on Tuesday.
The Golden Eagles now have a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rocklin for a Sierra Foothill League game on Thursday, October 13. Del Oro will meet a Thunder team coming off a 3-0 league win over Granite Bay (Granite Bay, CA). The Thunder record now stands at 19-11.
The Trojans (24-4) will now prepare for their game against Whitney (Rocklin, CA). The Wildcats enter the Sierra Foothill League game with a 25-2 record. In their last game, Whitney gained a win over Folsom (Folsom, CA), 3-1, in a league game.
