The Orange Glen Patriots held off the host Escondido Adventist Academy Hawks volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Tuesday's league test.

The Patriots now have a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host San Diego Jewish Academy for a Ocean test on Wednesday, October 12. Orange Glen will confront a Lions team coming off a 3-1 league win over Coastal Academy (Oceanside, CA). The Lions record now stands at 7-7.

The Hawks (8-7) will now prepare for their test against Del Lago Academy (Escondido, CA). The Firebirds enter the Ocean test with a 19-2 record. In their last test, Del Lago Academy held off Guajome Park Academy (Vista, CA), 3-0, in a league test.
