California High School Volleyball - Firebaugh Mendota

The Mendota Aztecs topped the visiting Firebaugh Eagles volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Tuesday's league test.

The Aztecs now have a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Coalinga for a West Sierra test on Tuesday, October 18. Mendota will confront a Horned Toads team coming off a 3-0 league win over Avenal (Avenal, CA). The Horned Toads record now stands at 9-13.

Next, the Eagles meet the Dos Palos Broncos (Dos Palos, CA) in a West Sierra challenge, on Thursday, October 13. Firebaugh will attempt to move on its 4-18 season record. The Broncos enter the challenge with a 8-7 record after their 3-1 league win over Avenal (Avenal, CA).
