The La Costa Canyon Mavericks volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Sage Creek Bobcats to 0 in the Mavericks league victory on Tuesday.
The Mavericks now have a 17-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Canyon Crest Academy for a Coastal (NCC) game on Thursday, October 13. La Costa Canyon will meet a Ravens team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Torrey Pines (San Diego, CA). The Ravens record now stands at 16-15.
The Bobcats (27-15) will now prepare for their game against Canyon Crest Academy (San Diego, CA). The Ravens enter the Coastal (NCC) game with a 16-16 record. In their last game, Canyon Crest Academy dropped by La Costa Canyon (Carlsbad, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
