The New Underwood Tigers topped the host Lead-Deadwood Golddiggers volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Tigers now have a 13-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Newell for a non-league test on Thursday, October 13. New Underwood will confront a Irrigators team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Edgemont (Edgemont, SD). The Irrigators record now stands at 19-6.
The Golddiggers (2-22) will now prepare for their test against Sturgis Brown (Sturgis, SD). The Scoopers enter the non-league test with a 3-18 record. In their last test, Sturgis Brown was knocked off by Douglas (Box Elder, SD), 3-0, in a non-league test.
