North Carolina High School Volleyball - Montgomery Central routed by Oak Grove

October 11, 2022: Winston-Salem, NC 27107

The Montgomery Central Timberwolves volleyball team (Troy, NC), was dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Oak Grove Grizzlies (Winston-Salem, NC)

The Grizzlies (13-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Central Davidson (Lexington, NC). The Spartans enter the Mid-Piedmont 3A challenge with a 5-18 record. In their last challenge, Central Davidson defeated North Davidson (Lexington, NC), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Timberwolves meet the Asheboro Blue Comets (Asheboro, NC) in a Mid-Piedmont 3A challenge, on Thursday, October 13. Montgomery Central will attempt to move on its 6-14 season record. The Blue Comets enter the challenge with a 5-14 record after their 3-0 league loss to Ledford (Thomasville, NC).
