Texas High School Volleyball - Nimitz overwhelmed by Pearce

In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Pearce Mustangs volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Nimitz Vikings.
The Mustangs (28-9) will now prepare for their battle against Lake Highlands (Dallas, TX). The Wildcats come into the 6A Region I District 7 battle with a 20-9 record. In their last battle, Lake Highlands lost by Highland Park (Dallas, TX), 3-1, in a league battle.
Next, the Vikings encounter the MacArthur Cardinals (Irving, TX) in a 6A Region I District 7 battle, on Friday, October 14. Nimitz will attempt to advance on its 7-21 season record. The Cardinals come into the battle with a 4-20 record after their 3-1 league loss to Berkner (Richardson, TX).
