California High School Volleyball - Sylmar tips San Fernando

October 11, 2023: San Fernando, CA 91340

Sylmar Spartans (Sylmar, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Wednesday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host San Fernando Tigers (San Fernando, CA), 2-1 in a league match.

Next up, the Spartans clash with the Reseda Regents (Reseda, CA) in a match, on Monday, October 16. Sylmar will attempt to advance on its 8-12 season record. The Regents come into the match with a 9-2 record after their 2-1 league win over Panorama (Panorama City, CA).

With the loss, San Fernando drops to 3-7 on the campaign. The Tigers host Panorama (Panorama City, CA) to clash with the Pythons in a match on Friday, October 13. The Pythons come into the match with a record of 1-10. Panorama lost 2-1 in their recent league match against Reseda (Reseda, CA)
