The Quaker Valley Quakers soccer team (Leetsdale, PA), 2-0 in Wednesday's league outing with the visiting Beaver Bobcats (Beaver, PA)

With the win, Beaver advances its record to 9-4 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Freedom Area (Freedom, PA) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league outing on Thursday, October 12. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a record of 11-3. Freedom Area won 2-1 in their recent league outing against Eden Christian Academy (Pittsburgh, PA)
