The George Rogers Clark Cardinals held off the visiting Campbell County Camels soccer squad by a margin of 2-1 in Wednesday's non-league match.
The Cardinals now sport a 13-6 record. They play next when they host Bishop Brossart for a non-league match on Thursday, October 12. George Rogers Clark will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Pendleton County (Falmouth, KY). The Mustangs record now stands at 14-6.
With the loss, Campbell County drops to 11-10 on the season.
