The Huskies now have a 2-9 record. They take the field next when they host Freedom for a non-league challenge on Monday, October 16. Ashe County will confront a Patriots team coming off a 0-0 non-league South Caldwell (Hudson, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 4-3.
