Next, the Hornets face the Northern Durham Knights (Durham, NC) in a DAC-VII 4A contest, on Thursday, October 12. Hillside will attempt to better on its 2-7 season record. The Knights enter the contest with a 5-6 record after their 2-2 league East Chapel Hill (Chapel Hill, NC).

The Bulls now have a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Liberty Christian for a non-league contest on Tuesday, October 17.
