Georgia High School Softball - Mt. Zion loses to Hiram

The Hiram Hornets softball team scored 19 runs and limited the visiting Mt. Zion Eagles to 5 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Wednesday.
With the triumph, Hiram improves its record to 9-16 on the year.
In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Callaway Cavaliers (Hogansville, GA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, October 12. Mt. Zion will attempt to improve on its 3-20 season record. The Cavaliers come into the game with a 10-11 record after their 7-5 non-league loss to Shaw (Columbus, GA).
