The Williams Field Black Hawks volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Casa Grande Cougars to 1 in the Black Hawks league victory on Wednesday.

The Black Hawks now have a 14-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Casteel for a 5A - San Tan game on Thursday, October 12. Williams Field will meet a Colts team coming off a 3-0 league win over Casa Grande (Casa Grande, AZ). The Colts record now stands at 16-11.

The Cougars (2-11) will now prepare for their game against Florence (Florence, AZ). The Gophers enter the non-league game with a 11-12 record. In their last game, Florence dropped by American Leadership Academy - Ironwood (Ironwood, AZ), 3-1, in a league game.
