In Wednesday's league contest, the Hobgood Charter Raiders (Hobgood, NC) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Ocracoke Dolphins (Ocracoke, NC), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Raiders battle the Cape Hatteras Hurricanes (Buxton, NC) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, October 12. Hobgood Charter will attempt to better on its 11-5 season record. The Hurricanes go into the contest with a 8-11 record after their 3-1 league loss to Bear Grass Charter (Williamston, NC).
