The Monroe-Woodbury Crusaders volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Kingston Tigers to 1 in the Crusaders league victory on Wednesday.

The Crusaders now possess a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Newburgh Free Academy for a Section 9 Orange County I game on Friday, October 13. Monroe-Woodbury will meet a Goldbacks team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Middletown (Middletown, NY). The Goldbacks record now stands at 3-10.

The Tigers (7-5) will now prepare for their game against Cornwall Central (New Windsor, NY). The Dragons enter the non-league game with a 30-7 record. In their last game, Cornwall Central defeated Valley Central (Montgomery, NY), 3-0, in a league game.
