The West Park Panthers volleyball team (Roseville, CA), was dropped 3-1 in Wednesday's league challenge with the host Ponderosa Bruins (Shingle Springs, CA)

The Bruins (13-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Lincoln (Lincoln, CA). The Fighting Zebras enter the Foothill Valley League challenge with a 4-23 record. In their last challenge, Lincoln defeated Oakmont (Roseville, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Panthers encounter the Placer Hillmen (Auburn, CA) in a Foothill Valley League challenge, on Monday, October 16. West Park will attempt to move on its 16-15 season record. The Hillmen enter the challenge with a 16-9 record after their 3-1 league win over Nevada Union (Grass Valley, CA).
