The Aberdeen Eagles got by the visiting Joppatowne Mariners football team by a score of 22-20 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Eagles face the Rising Sun Tigers (North East, MD) in a Upper Chesapeake Bay - Susquehanna challenge, on Friday, October 18. Aberdeen will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Tigers go into the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 42-0 non-league loss to Harford Tech (Bel Air, MD).
The Mariners (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against C. Milton Wright (Bel Air, MD). The Mustangs go into the Upper Chesapeake Bay - Chesapeake challenge with a 3-3 record. In their last challenge, C. Milton Wright nipped Bohemia Manor (Chesapeake City, MD), 21-14, in a non-league challenge.
