Nevada High School Football - Elko knocked off by Truckee

October 11, 2024: Elko, NV 89801

In Friday's league game, the Truckee Wolverines (Truckee, CA) football team overcame the host Elko Indians (Elko, NV), by a tally of 31-8.

In their next game, the Wolverines battle the Sparks Railroaders (Sparks, NV) in a 3A Northern game, on Friday, October 18. Truckee will attempt to better on its 8-0 season record. The Railroaders enter the game with a 1-7 record after their 30-24 league loss to South Tahoe (South Lake Tahoe, CA).

The Indians (6-1) will now prepare for their game against Churchill County (Fallon, NV). The Greenwave enter the 3A Northern game with a 4-4 record. In their last game, Churchill County notched a victory over Spring Creek (Spring Creek, NV), 21-14, in a league game.
