Louisiana High School Football - Lakeshore can't hold off Franklinton

The Franklinton Demons got by the visiting Lakeshore football team by a score of 35-28 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Demons play the Abbeville Wildcats (Abbeville, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 18. Franklinton will attempt to improve on its 5-1 season record. The Wildcats go into the challenge with a 0-6 record after their 40-34 non-league loss to Mamou (Mamou, LA).

The (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Pearl River (Pearl River, LA). The Rebels go into the 4A District 7 challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, Pearl River nipped Archbishop Hannan (Covington, LA), 48-30, in a league challenge.
