Churchill County Greenwave (Fallon, NV) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host White Pine Bobcats (Ely, NV), 3-1 in a league test.

With the triumph, Churchill County advances its record to 14-5 on the campaign. The Greenwave travel to West Wendover (West Wendover, NV) to clash with the Wolverines in a 3A Northern - East test on Saturday, October 12. The Wolverines come into the test with a record of 0-11.

The Bobcats now have a 4-10 record. They take the field next when they host Lowry for a 3A Northern - East test on Saturday, October 12. White Pine will clash with a Buckaroos team coming off a 3-1 league win over Spring Creek (Spring Creek, NV). The Buckaroos record now stands at 9-6.
