In Friday's league outing, the host Livingston Manor Wildcats soccer squad scored a tight 3-1 victory over the Eldred Yellowjackets.

The Wildcats (7-1) will now prepare for their outing against Chapel Field Christian (Pine Bush, NY). The Lions go into the Section 9 Division VI outing with a 0-9 record. In their last outing, Chapel Field Christian by Port Jervis (Port Jervis, NY), 2-1, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Yellowjackets play the Liberty Indians (Liberty, NY) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, October 15. Eldred will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record. The Indians go into the outing with a 3-4 record after their 1-0 league win over Sullivan West (Lake Huntington, NY).
