The Saint James Saints soccer squad scored 5 points and held the host Martinsburg Bulldogs to 0 in the Saints non-league victory on Friday.
The Saints now possess a 7-3 record. They play next when they host Fort Hill for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 17. Saint James will play a Sentinels squad coming off a 8-0 league loss to Mountain Ridge (Frostburg, MD). The Sentinels record now stands at 6-6.
With the loss, Martinsburg moves to 1-12 on the year. The Bulldogs host Washington (Charles Town, WV) to play the Patriots in a Eastern Panhandle bout on Tuesday, October 15. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 12-4. Washington won 10-0 in their recent league bout against Musselman (Inwood, WV)
