In Friday's non-league challenge, the host Gananda Central Blue Panthers volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Marion Black Knights.
The Blue Panthers (6-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Clyde-Savannah (Clyde, NY). The Golden Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record.
Next, the Black Knights play the Sodus Spartans (Sodus, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 17. Marion will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record.
